Easy to set up and lots of features. Then t would freeze up and stop working. The headphones never worked like advertised.
Pros: Fast Setup
Cons: Does Not Improve Audio/Video, Head Phones Stopped, Froze Up

Not Much quality Free Content

The product works except it has no Youtube which is very big dispointmnet since I bought this to be able to watch vidoes when am away from home. There is really not much free qualty content and what is free like news normaly short and tend not to finish the subject of discussion. I feel jilted and should have waited and spent less by buying the google chrome which offers the free channels. Please don't spend $99.00on this buy!!!!!

I wouldn't recognize my wireless internet so I tried to reset it and now it stays on the startup page and won't do anything. How cheap is that. I would understand if I hadn't paid almost $100 for this.
Pros: Simple Controls
Cons: Poor Design, Difficult setup, Factory Reset Doesn't Wk, Won't Connect To Internet

I've had a Roku for years but due to the inability for the Roku 3 to function I was forced to revert back to using our Roku 2.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Does Not Improve Audio/Video, Clunky, Connection

I bought the Roku primarily to watch science fiction programs and news programs. In both areas, Roku is seriously lacking. The "SyFy" channel is listed, but does not contain any actual programs, only clips. Very disappointing!

Cons: More Clips Than Programs, Lack Of Programming, Roku Sometimes Locks Up

Good, but horrible HDMI problems

I have owned every version of Roku appliance. Each unit has been a significant step forward till the Roku-3. The Roku-3 suffers from significant and frequent HDMI failures. Not sure if it is a protocol error or what but older units work fine. TV gets a pink screen that says HDCP (HD Copy Protection) error. Firmware upgrades on TV and Roku-3 don't help. I would avoid the Roku-3. I threw mine in the trash and have returned to using the Roku-2.
Pros: Fast Setup, Attractive Design, Excellent Sound, Excellent picture, Simple Controls
Cons: Frequent Lockups, Constant Hdmi Problems
