I love my Roku 3. Previously, I had used a Tivo Premiere and an XBox 360 as set top boxes. The Roku 3 is much faster to use and has a lot more channels available. I still use the Tivo for DVR and the XBox for gaming, but the Roku has become the goto box for streaming.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fabulous & easy to use

I was tired of the high cable rates in my area and decided to give the Roku 3 a try. I love that I have more of a selection of viewing pleasures than I had with cable. I also got the Roku 1 for an older TV and there is a difference between the 2. With Roku 3 it does stream faster and I don't have to press continue foe a series after each episode as I do with the Roku 1.

Speedy and very convenient

I've had Roku 3 for a month now and so far I got no complaints. It is fast in loading shows and makes it very convenient to search for them. The large icons and graphics are splendid, too. This device is so far better than streaming through my Sony Blu Ray device without a doubt... Well worth the price...

I have Apple TV ,Chrome Cast , and Roku 3. The Roku is the best by fare. Easy to use, more Channels just the best.

I have been streaming using the built-in apps of my TV and BR player so I always thought I did not need Roku. When I finally hit the TV+BR built-in app limitations (in my case they did not stream HBO Go), I got Roku. I now stream everything from it, including services that were available in the TV+BR. The Roku UI is cleaner, more effective, and the channel list is amazing. Only downside is that there is no app for "modern" Italian TV yet, but that is more the fault of Italian TV not keeping up with the times than Roku not having an app for it.

I bought my ROKU 3 several months ago, and ecstatic that I did, not even knowing exactle what I was getting. What did we ever do before. Thanks a million for this Streamer, I LOVE IT. Captfdix
