I purchased my Roku a couple of months ago. I had been without a Satilite or Cable provider for over a year and was missing variety. A co worker told me about Roku and then my sister so I bought one. I can't believe I had gone without for so long and didn't hear about Roku sooner!!!!! I love it!!!!!!!!

Good streaming device

Would rate it a five star if they would fix the dreaded HDCP unauthorised error message. Changed out players, HDMI cables, input port on the TV, and the problem still appears. Other than that, it's a good product. My goal is to get away from cable / satellite TV, and I am hopeful that this device, with the proper upgrade to firmware, will allow me to do just that.

Some issues but overall happy

It appears there are issues with the box slowing down the stream sound and picture to a point where it is not quite watchable, so the box needs to be reset. In other words the voices are very slow and low pitched. This has happened a few times and sometimes daily. I called for support and this is a known issue. But overall I am happy with the product as it has saved me big $!

Bought the Roku about a month ago and am very pleased with it and the price was great. What can I say. You have to try it to believe it.
