I see little reason to upgrade from Roku 2 .

There is a problem with the unit; it goes into a non responsive mode. At times a button has to be depressed repeatedly to become active.I never had this problem with the Roku 2.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like it, easy to use. First one went bad within the first 90 days. Hope this one lasts longer. I live in the boonies where the only affordable internet is wifi. if you have cable internet this would be great.

Have 4 in our house and we love it. Just wish they had a Sirius channel. Roku 1 & 2 wouldn't set up at our house but Roku 3 set up like a champ, probably for the best.

Used to watch Netflix on a wii, This gives full HD. Ease of operation plus a port for USB movies makes this a hands down winner.

We cut the cable cord a little over a month ago and Roku has been a great replacement for us to get our fix!

I have had a Roku 3 for about 2 months now and really like it. I use it for streaming Acorn TV and MHZ networks programming, It works well and is very easy too use and setup.

I was hesitant at first to buy this little gadget. After reading a lot of reviews and forums, i decided to buy it. It may not replace your cable/ satelite service out of the box, but after you play with it a little bit you will find that it offers a lot of options to fill your needs.
