We have owned our Roku for about a month. It is extremely fast and easy to use. It practically sets itself up also. There are many channels to choose from, allowing the Roku to be personalized. We are really happy with this purchase. We actually wish that we would have made this purchase earlier.

Easy to use and tons of options

Before I used to watch Netflix and other tv shows on a laptop...it often sucked. This little black box has changed all that...it's as good quality as watching cable or a DVD on my flat screen. I would dump cable and keep only Roku if not for live sports. Nice addition to the repertoire!

For Every TV

We had major lightning strike in creek by our house. Blew out phones, DISH, alarm, whole house audio, TVs and my one ROKU2. Rebuilt all. Put new ROKU 3s at eight locations. They all work great. We all just have to learn ONE interface, not several based on what brand smart? TV we are using. Programmed into my iPad minis control interface system. Even my blackbox phobic wife likes them. Reliable; inexpensive; what's not to like.

I was skeptical about this device, but I was wrong. All you need is internet with LAN cable attach to it and you can see thousands of channels and shows, uninterrupted, with limited commercials. Before settling on this device I was doing research between Roku 3 and Fire TV, and believe this is best for the price (Fire TV cost more). Streaming is very fast, upon clicking the show it will show in about 2 seconds. Picture quality is dependent on the upload, if people upload quality media then you will get quality HD media. No more cable TV bill for me, only internet bill, which cuts down costs tremendously.

This is really easy to use. I love being able to watch a movie without having to order or buy DVDs. There is a wide selection of things to watch, and it is a life saver when the cable box goes out (as it does here frequently).
