BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO TV SINCE THE DVD PLAYER

There are many streaming players out there, and some are trying to use the selling point that they're cheaper, but cheaper doesn't necessarily mean better (Chromecast)... I saw a C|net review comparing the Roku 3 to the Apple TV and hands down, the Roku 3 was not only the winner, it was the most appealing and had 100x more content (and content is king), more flexibility, adaptability and was more user friendly and so easy to use... I would never go back to cable now. I've had the Roku 3 for over 9 months and use it everyday. I'm ready to buy another for the bedroom. I especially love Vudu to view my UltraViolet library anytime I want (free), Amazon Instant (for the Prime), Crackle. other speciality, private and news channels.
The only downside is that there are WAY too many religious channels for me to stomach; and it's a little bit of a let down when I am enthusiastically looking for new channels and see these things more than anything. But there's so much other diverse content to choose from, AND unlike cable where you're forced to take them and pay for them, if you don't like something, simply don't add it, problem solved.. and more channels are added each week and the great thing is, you never know what's going to be available next, so it's kinda like Christmas each week..There really is something for everyone, regardless of your tastes. I also really like the smoothness and the flow of the dualband to allow stutter free streaming, the selection of themes (I prefer nebula) and the layout is the best that I've seen thus far...and you can arrange your channels as you see fit. Again, there's no going back for me.. Roku is kind of like a cult, once you get on, you want to spread the word -Ha! It really is a great product, don't except imitations! Far worth every penny. Roku is the BEST! But the best part is my monthly Roku bill is $.00

I love the Roku3 I have apple3 and samsung smart TV. Like them both but the Roku is the way to go. Beats them hands down. Love the new remote wifi and head phones. You can download the remote on your smartphone too.

Works great. The new layout is a much needed improvement and the sorting of channels is also great. While I can think of other features I would like, for the price and the available content, a Roku easily beats all current competitors.

Once I purchased a 300 mbps router, all was well. With a 150 mbps, all I had was trouble. Your Tech folks might advise customers like me of this. Bottom line - No Signal - No Picture

Super-fast Roku 3

Great new design for Roku 3. I use it for streaming music, watching movies, TV. Excellent interface with Netflix, and other channels. Seemless and instantaneous response, no delay detected switching between channels or screens. The remote's headphone feature is a nice feature for solo viewing. Remote is very easy to use, anybody can use it.
Pros: Fast Setup, Very Fast Function, Improved Audio/Video, Seemless Operation, Attractive Design, Simple Controls, Find Content Quickly

Just Wow.

After realizing that 80% of our family viewing habits were just for Netflix we cancelled cable all together. Our Blu-Ray player plays Netflix but a buddy told me about Roku. I am SOOOOOOO happy to buy the Roku3, we not only are getting better streaming but having a ball with the Wii style video games. The only bad thing I can say is that Roku needs to open a "Market" just like IOS and Android to expand the greatness of this product and suck in millions of more people that are disgusted with their cable companies.
