Absolutely invaluable item!

We purchased the very FIRST Roku in the State of Alabama and are extremely pleased with it. Saves us a ton of money and we get channels not even available elsewhere. Gives us more freedom and less advertising. The BEST is the service. If we have a question--it gets answered and the techs and service people are outstanding. I doubt there is any way to improve the customer service. Hats off to you!

Best of the best in straming devices

Last Christmas (after cutting the cord) I received a Roku 2. Loved it instantly. I needed streaming in our guestroom, so (after reading CNET reviews) I bought a Roku 3 and moved the 2 into the guestroom. Liked the 3 even better. I had tried a few other devices, including WII and the Google product. I didn't like either as much as the Rokus, especially the Google thing, since it required that I keep a PC on and connected. I'm thinking about more Rokus for other parts of the house. Roku rules!

Love my Roku 2, I love that they added the headphone option to the remote now I can watch and not disturb my sleeping husband, a must have for the night owl. It was very easy to set up, just had to plug it in hook it to the tv and away it went. I debated between the Roku 2 and Roku 3 but money wise I took the Roku 2 and have been very pleased with it, It keeps a very good connection to the wifi and never drops.

We bought this a year ago because we stopped paying for cable. The channel is always growing and has great video and audio quality. The only thing to add is the nfl network. Thank you for adding nfl now.

I have had this device for several months now. It has given me zero trouble until the last few weeks. Sometimes when I turn on my TV and start streaming things, it plays EVERYTHING in slow motion. It's the weirdest thing. I simply unplug it, plug it back in, and it works normally. Also the YouTube app is clunky, and the newer Hulu app is not that great, compared to the original one I started with. Other than those things, I think this device is fantastic.
