Wonderfully simple connectivity

So simple to set up and start watching your favorite channels. I purchased by 1st Generation Roku almost 10 years ago, USED, and it lasted me for ever! Recently upgraded to the Roku 3 and super excited about the new features and channels. Searching from the main menu, USB port and so many new channels.
I ditched my cable plan 10 years ago and have never regretted my decision.

LOVE MY ROKU!

I am not a techie, and when I finally got a Roku player it took me 6 months to get someone to set it up. My TV is 25 yrs old, and I just couldn't get it to work. Finally had to unhook my DVD player--but it was worth it. Roku is really, really great--easy to use, and best of all they have wonderful support/customer service for people like me who need "help." I actually have talked to a human being at Roku Support who was intelligent, kind, and helped me with a problem. My hat is off to Roku!! No more commercials has changed my life.

Great product with one flaw

I have had my Roku 3 for too long to get technical support for free, but it has a problem I don't know how to fix or if it is fixable. The problem is that I have to physically unplug all the cables and reset the box 99% of the time I use it, as it simply refused to respond to the remote unless I do. Being mobility challenged this is a burden for me and I don't use the player as often as I would like.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I DON'T HAVE A 360 OR PLAY STATIONS BUT I LIKE TO WATCH MOVIES AND NETFLIX'S. SO I HIT MY RUKU AND IM THERE FAST.HAD TO GO AND BUY ANOTHER ONE FOR MY OTHER TV. MUSIC IS IN THERE ALSO. U WONT BE SORRY.
