Great personal choices in you entertainment

We bought our Roku3 about a year ago and, two weeks ago bought the Roku Stick for our bedroom tv (it was a choice between it and the new Kindle device...Roku is tried and true, offering many more choices for streaming). We love being able to "seris binge" on either shoes we normally would watch episode by episode or even catch up on some we put off for one reason or another. And when our usual tv line-up goes int rerun mode? We...and our Roku win! Not o ly have we strongly recommended the device to friends and neighbours but also bought Roku as Christmas gift for ou friends last year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product, low price

The Roku player is helping to change the entire Broadcast and cable system, returning choice of content to the audience saving hundreds of hours wasted watching unwanted ads.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. Its great for regular tv shows, original series, and movies. One note PLUG IT INTO THE WALL! ( don't use a power strip). If you do you'll get an error code with is annoying! Overall great product and wish would we have ditched cable sooner.

I made my wife very happy now that she can access Netflix, Amazon and other streaming movies and TV she's...Happy Wife Happy Life! And awesome that I can run Pandora thru my 5.1 surround sound system instead of some cheesy wireless speaker.

Like But 1 Issue

I bought this in the spring so I could use it to play video/slideshows I had made on my computer. I did not realize all of it's other features which I am very happy with. I have used the Netflix and movie access but it will not play my videos on tv like my other device would. I think it only plays videos that were recorded directly off of your phone or camera but not a USB drive with a copy from my computer.

The system works perfectly! When I couldn't get the TV to display everything right at first, Roku support staff helped me determine that my old HDMI cable was damaged. The new cable solved the problem. I was even more impressed by the support staff when they called later just to check on whether everything was still working right. How many other companies would care enough about their customers to follow through like that?
