Pros: Great value, Compact, Easy to set up, Easy to use, Built in Wi-Fi
Cons: Facebook App Weak, No you tube app, Search By Category, Search Shows By Category, No Search Show By Categor

Got Rid of cable robbers and will never go back. If ROKU adds premium boxing to it's line up or even on demand boxing,it would truly mean the death of cable TV. I am absolutely CRAZY about this little box of pleasure!!

I enjoy watching movies that aren't even out on cable or at Redbox. I love my movies so with The Roku3 nothing but movies all day looong!! I don't have a credit card so I couldn't join Amazon Prime but there are all sorts of providers if you are not satisfied w/ the free channels....and theres even news channels....bye bye to that hefty monthly cable bill. Thanks Roku!

Had our roku 3 for a month now and we're very happy with it! Don't have a single complaint so far. Of course, would like more/better channels. But that will come with time. With netflix, amazon, pandora and aereo (limited markets) we have ditched cable and are very happy.

At the moment I only use it for Netflix and Hulu. Most of the other content is the same with different names. Really is a lack of quality content available unless you have subscriptions to third party services like Netflix and Hulu. They advertise having SciFi but it is basically just clips.

Freezes

It is easy to set up and use. Unfortunately, it keeps freezing and I have to power it off then back on, wait until it finishes resetting in order to watch the program I am interested in. The freezing is happening so often that I have stopped using it.

I want Apple TV

Complicated channel selection system with a "black market" of private channels that you have to be in the know about, or spend hours figuring out. Half of those channels are abandoned I've found out.. I have an apple TV in the other room and it is much easier and compatible with everything else. Roku just seems inferior in every way, except maybe if you need tons of children's programiming. So disappointed.
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: No Home Sharing
