I love this Roku 3 . I look at the news , Netflix ,PBS , religious channels , all types of inspirational programs . I am very pleased . I wish I could connect it to my Bose.

Love this little stick, use it almost everyday

I bought the Chromecast first and loved it. Had family coming the next week and realized visitors would do better with a remote. Already had computer hooked to the main tv but wanted a low power option. Thought I'd try the Roku and return it if I didn't like it. I was thrown at signed up when asked for a credit card but called (or chat, can't remember now) tech support and they walked me through getting around that.
That was weeks ago and I love this thing more than that other stick so far. I've used the Chromecast less then 5 times and the Roku stick almost everyday. Literally, 5-7 times a week! Large variety of apps and easy to install or remove apps.
Wished I could take the Chromecast back. I'm sure the other stick has its uses where it shines but, lesson learned, for general ease of use Roku wins hands down. Now that the price is more reasonable to get into the Roku universe I'm recommending the Roku stick to everyone.

When it works it's great.

I constantly have problems with my Roku. It won't load. It stops in the middle of a program/movie and sometimes won't restart. It restarts itself over and over. I love not having to deal with commercials, however, too often the aggravation isn't worth it. I would rate the product better as far as easy to use if it worked like it should. My son has Roku and he doesn't have these constant problems.
