Does everything yopu want it to and More

I have owned the Roku 3 for appx 6 months now and have only positive experiences with it. It is much faster to download and respond than Blu Ray built in Apps and is much easier to control via the remote. Forward and reverse actually work and the interface is far superior. I have also grown very fond of the Warner Archive Service which is exclusive to Roku
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the access I have with the Roku player. It's streams the content wonderfully and for the most part I have few issues with the device. The issue I do have with the player however is significant. I don't think I've had it a year and for months I've dealt with the problem of it freezing up. Which requires I unplug the device and wait for a moment to plug it back in and have it reboot. It's a pain that I don't think I should have to deal with since I've only had the device for a relatively short time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this for almost 1 year and am so happy with this purchase. It is exactly what I was looking for. Has all the features I want. Easy to set up easy to use. Also has an app on my phone just in case.

Love my Roku!

This is my second Roku as my first one was someone broken and the manufacturer's warranty was void and the store where I purchased it was useless. I hesitated to purchase a refurbished one since my first Roku was new. I also didn't want to spend so much money on another Roku but my family missed having it.

Easy to setup and use.

I found the setup for the unit very easy. After some time I really haven't had any problems. I wish it was a little faster, and I also own Roku 2, don't waste your money with this unit, go to 3. The big jump is youtube, it's worth the extra cost. The USB system on this unit still needs some work and is limited. The app for the Iphone works great, and to transfer pictures to your TV works, a little slow. The video transfer is slow and yes I have fast connection. I use Netfex which which is great. You get a setup for your credit card and make sure you put a password so one does rent many movies. I haven't had cable in 5 plus years, I use my antenna with Roku this is all I need and I feel I have saved over $5000.00 by not using cable.

The worst features!

I bought it to watch World Cup. But it needs me enter my Time Wanner account number or any satellite Antennas' account number. If I have any one of these accounts, do I need this device for what? So since then, I didn't use it any more. I'd like to sale it @any price!

I bought a long cable for listening to TV at night after my wife had gone to bed. To my surprise you can use a simple pair of ear buds (like from an iPhone) and you also control the volume from the Roku 3 remotely.
I would recommend this to a friend!
