It solved our problems.

We have a Samsung smart TV and use Comcast for internet service. We only watch Netflix and Amazon Prime. There were so many problems with both channels. We decided to try the Roku box and it solved all our problems.

I bought the roku in may and have saved over $50.00 a month on my cable bill. I like that it is easy to set up and use. It has made watching tv better!

Since I have brought my ROku 3 box I watch it all the time. It's like having cable. It was simple to learn how to use it. I just wish there was a channel with more up to date movies without having to pay for them.But I would recommend it to anyone trying to get of high cable cost.

I love my Roku. In fact I have two of them and have purchased several others as gifts. my only issue is that there are no parental settings. I'd love to put on in my son's room but I worry that he might add apps or order something. I'd like to see a Roku that parents can set what apps kids can access. Then perhaps have a password to get to everything else. Secondly I dislike the shape of the new remote. I have a hard time plugging other headphones into unless the plastic part that surrounds the plug in part of the headset. I also miss my Netflix, Crackle and (forgot) the other button as I don't play games on this one but like having the headset jack.

I have two roku sticks and bought the roku 3. the roku 3 has locked up 3 times and had to disconnect power for it to work again. This is the only problem I have had.

My son always buys terrific gifts and the Roku is certainly no exception. He also bought me "rabbit ears" so I could quit paying for cable. I watch the news on local channels but current programming, with its pesky commercials, leaves me cold. Forget it. Roku gives me a wealth of great movies, wonderful TV series I can watch from the first to the last episode, fascinating documentaries, and much more. If you give it a try, you will be happy.
