Great Device

My only complaint is that the remote control is rounded on the bottom and doesn't want to stay put on a table. I think it was supposed to look cool or something but it is sort of annoying. Other than that small detail the device is excellent and does everything as was advertised.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a month ago. HBO GO works well. Showtime Anytime is horrible. It spend about as much time loading as you do watching something. MLB TV works pretty well. I've had some loading problems but nothing too bad. It would be nice if you could there was an application so that you could surf the web.

I've had a Roku since the first version, love the product. The Roku 3 i got to replace an earlier model. LOTS of upgrades! Lots of flashing new toys, Love the new Netflix interface (wish it was available as an update not just with a new box...). So far, pretty solid - same easy to install, easy to operate features. Connects to my USB external drive easily (used to be available on ALL models, now just the Roku 3). All in all, still a great product, still a great buy.

Happy with the ROKU 3. It's faster than the R 2's we have. Don't use the motion sensor thingy but like the ear phones and volume control on the ROKU remote.

I had a Roku for myself, but last winter, I introduced Mom and Dad to my channels and they could watch all their favorites on AcornTV, then Hulu....well, needless to say, I no longer had a Roku. So, I got Roku 3, Now, Mom is in one room with Roku 2 and Dad is in the other with Roku 3, time for me to buy another one. Just wish Apple would play nice.

So tiny, so simple, and lots of channels!

Bought this several months ago because I don't want to pay for cable TV, which has dozens of channels but very little worth watching. Got the Roku 3 so I could use earphones via the remote, since I live in an apartment and don't want to disturb the neighbors in case I like watching late at night; plus, sometimes the dialog is a bit indistinct in some shows and the earphones make for great listening. Now I have lots of channels at my disposal (particularly like Acorn), most of them free, and Roku effortlessly adds or removes channels so easily! It hooked up easily, worked perfectly out of the box, takes up no space, and connected to wireless internet immediately. I love it!
