great features when it works

I have had a roku 3 for about a year and it stopped responding to the remote.I ordered a new remote which cost $20 but did not help so I replaced it.The new roku has been exchanged because it also has periods when it will not respond to remote and has to be restarted.My biggest complaint is that it will only respond to the roku 3 remote.I have a roku2 as well but the remotes are not interchangable and since you have to have a remote to use you are out of luck using if the Grandkids misplace it.If you could fix the remote issue it would be a great product

Can't say a whole lot more than that. It is easier to hook up and program and even tho I have lesser models on my other TV's I take this one from room to room (tv to tv) it can handle all of the channels I select permantly or until I can check them out...the others can not. I don't need to check out any other brands because this one already exceeds my expectations ( and that's hard to do) I am disabled and am home most of the time....I can find everything I want ( and more) on TV with this ROKU 3. In fact this one does so much I don't have time to check every thing out.

I and my husband are the worst at tec when it comes time to hook up and getting electronics up and running, however our new Roku was so easy I didn't even have to call my grandson.

This is my second Roku - had a first gen that finally after about a gagillion hours of use started to require some down time - and was excited to be able to update to a Roku 3. Looks slick. Nice added features. But its still the great product that i had grown to love. It just works. Whether you're cutting cords, looking to playlater, or just want some extra use....its what you want.

I work at a retail store and I sell Roku's but I owned mine first so selling them is easy because I love mine.

Great streaming machine!

I've been using my Roku 3 for over a year to stream movies and TV shows. It's extremely simple to connect, configure and use. There are 100's of apps that offer a huge variety of programming. Very happy I bought it.

Better than Cable

We were tired go high priced cable, but love watching TV before bed. With Roku we could get rid of cable all together and still have more options to watch. Not only that, but with the remote listening option, I can watch and listen to TV while my wife falls asleep to silence.
