Easy to use. Easy to find content.

Pros: It is the closest thing to a no-compromise streaming video device available to date. The UI is easy to follow and the search feature makes finding content easier than other competing devices. I find the UI to respond well enough and have had only minor issues with the established streaming services such as Netflix (re-auth every ~2 weeks that went away.) The RF remote is decent, only missing a volume control IMO. A keyboard on the remote would be a nice add, but I haven't explored those options, and choose to use my phone instead.
Cons: I have had flashes of "Unauthorized Content" interrupt the stream and narrowed that down in both cases to a bad HDMI cable and a very old (first revision) HDMI LCD TV.

It is great to use so you don't have to spend money on cable bills. You can watch reruns of tv programs when you want to and it's no monthly fee! Choosing thousands of movies is wonderful too!

I've had this for almost 2 months and I use it daily. The only features I wish for is a way to connect to my home network for free, and MAYBE a way to turn it off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I own 3 of these units. That's how much I like them. But really I've tried other devices and few are as easy to use and do as much of what I want as this one. Sadly, the only real failing I have is the format of videos It can play. If it were able to play more video formats then it would be perfect.

It is a little slow for my taste, but it does the job. Good buy overall. Too many apps and I wish one could surf internet with it. I don't understand why it doesn't have an on/off switch! =/
