Works great.

The Roku 3 is a really great item. I canceled cable and save a ton. The remote is simple to use. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. The headphone jack is great when you want to watch in silence. The only issue I have noticed is that when you do use the ear buds it can be a battery hog but for me it is worth it. Cancel cable, get a ROKU and save money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought it last spring, at first it was good then few months later, it had problems relate to Wi-Fi

Great things come in small packages

We have the original ROKU, the ROKU II and the ROKU III. All have been great values over several years. We believe they are the best value. Our techie son, whom uses another product agrees. The programming options are acceptable and they keep adding. The devices can be used either wireless or hard wired. We use these primarily for Netflix, but it works flawlessly with other programming as well.
There remains some room for improvement. We found that in areas of close proximity to neighboring routers, the ROKU I and II were confused as to router connection even though our router was locked down. This happened each time a new program was selected. Hard wiring solved the problem. On a reboot, however, the ROKU always opted to the wireless mode and requires use of the remote to select "wired connection".
We would absolutely recommend the ROKU Box. We broke the cords with cable, the dishes, and phone company offerings years ago. We will never go back.
