Mostly a good thing...

The only issue I have with Roku 3 is it stalls out after sitting idle for too long. Granted it has been a couple months since it has done this, once it locks up it seems to lock up daily for weeks. Otherwise, I have preached Roku to many people and tell everyone to buy it. It is a great investment and a lot cheaper than cable, dish or satellite. It is the future...I currently own 4 Roku's! One in every main room!

I really like my Roku

This is my second Roku, and overall, am pleased with this unit. It's pretty fast. My only complaint is that I can't seem to find a way to adjust the menu text font or size. I have trouble reading it from across the room, and find myself having to get closer to the TV in order to see it. My older Roku had an easier to see display text.

I have found that the variety of entertainment, add the ease of use display and then the cost, roku 3 is the best online video utility on the market. We love being able to sit and watch TV programs we grew up with, or just take a date night at home and watch a movie. The kids love the gaming and with the wireless remote serving as a gaming wand we don't need any other consoles.

I was hesitant when I bought my Roku about a month ago, the whole concept seemed intimidating.... Turned out to be a GREAT purchase. Very easy to set up and use. I like my Roku so much I've cancelled my cable TV.

Expands Streaming Media Options

I am utilizing this player as part of my media options. Setup and activation of the unit was easy. You do have the option of wireless or wired network connection. Streaming with the unit is smooth and fast. There is a large variety of free and paid channels. I highly recommend this unit.
