This thing is great. Even with my slower than slow internet connection I can still watch Netflix and some others which will save me money every month that I wont be spending on premium cable channels. I tried to upgrade memory and it would not click into place even after several tries. After the last attempt the memory card slipped into the unit somewhere and is gone. I was very disapointed that it was impossible to upgrade memory and my attempt was a waste of money but I will probably buy
another one soon anyway.

Overall a great unit but I wish I knew how to edit my favorites/ shows I watch section as it is full of shows I'm finished watching.:)

I purchased product, only lasted a year and burnt out. Out of the 90 day warranty. My roku 2 is still working after 2 1/2 years
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I upgraded from an XD to a Roku 3 and I couldn't be happier. The picture quality of the shows I watch is better, and the contents screen (app. choices, i.e. Netflix, Utube, etc.) is a much more user friendly display. I love that you can search for a show in advance to see which app. has it and how much they each sell the movie for, if applicable. And the speed of the 3 is amazing. There is no wait or lag time. I love it!!

This is the most amazing product I have ever used and I have been in IPTV from 2002
I have been able to load all my USA DishTV etc to my Roku and I have ordered another 40 for my family and friends

I have been using this product for about one year and there are only a couple things about the combination of Roku/Netflix tthat I take issue with. First is the problem of using the alphabet box to scroothrough to highligt each letter in the name of a program/movie, etc For us older people this can be time consuming and cause us to lose interest in watching anything. Why not develop a program where the names of the programs and showes are listed on screens in alphabetical order. This way the viewer would simply scroll down The screen, highlight the desird program, click "ok_ and the program would begin, Secondly, in homes with more than one tv hooked to the Roku?Netflix combo there appears to be a problem with each unit keeping track of what programs each user is viewing. As a result each viewer can loose episodes. The issue needs addressed. Otherwise, with the addition ofnew programming on a more frequent basis, the system would be fine.
