The headphones quit working right away!!!

It is OK but I wonder if we even needed to get it as the only thing we use it for is Netflix. As I said, the headphones quit working right away.

The best thing since sliced bread

I've had my Roku 3 for about two months and it has been the best. I dumped my cable and now only use my Roku and rabbit ears. I chose the Roku 3 so I could have the option of using wired or WiFi hook-up. I chose to use the wired option and have not had a single problem streaming video. Buying the Roku 3 was the best decision I ever made and hookup was a breeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

very good upgrade

Have had the 3 since shortly after its release. All was good for many months. Then reached a stage of when it would interrupt streaming 3/4 through a movie. Turns out you must go through a specific sequence of disconnecting the cable box, wireless modem and Roku unit. Then all is well....until next time. It is not easy to gain this important bit OK knowledge. Would be very helpful if Roku would push this problem/solution to the top of the Help section.

we received a roku 3 at christmas and we hardly ever watch cable anymore!! i kept my cable only for news and sports. the roku3 seems to have every movie and tv show ever made

Best Streaming Player

I love using my Roku 3 player. The variety of free and paid has more to offer than other brands of players. I like he raised children cursor and other functions in a simplistic design. The speed of he player is great. The earphone jack is a nice bonus, too. I highly recommend the player for an enjoyable HDTV experience.

Much quicker than any device I have used including my pc. I only wish that it was more like a mini with better access to the OS. Highly recommended!!!

This is my second roku I have purchased. I like the fact that I can plug head phones into the remote and watch tv without bothering others that are trying to sleep. the games are also neat with the remote its kind of like playing the wii..
