SO Easy to Use !!

I LOVE how easy my ROKU is to use. Everything is right there - just point and use. I now have two ROKUs and am going to request a third for Christmas! The price is amazing. For what you get, I would certainly expect to pay more.

Roku3 is a wonderful boost to entertainment. I like the array of channels and the menu for finding what I want. The customer service interaction has always been great when I needed to talk to someone.

Great when it doesn't lock up

I really like it BUT, it keeps locking up with Netflix, Amazon and Hulu plus so I have to unplug and plug it back in. it gets really hot and it doesn't frame by frame on Hulu plus, it just keeps going. on Amazon the subtitles don't remain. have to activate with every single show or movie. on Netflix you can't stop and restart movie, have to fast back to the beginning. otherwise, nice little device ...

Great Product!

I had satellite TV, and I got to where I could not stand it. The programming was mundane to awful, and I would get 10 minutes of program and 5 minutes of commercials. I cancelled satellite and changed to Roku, and I love it! It is free, so I'm saving $67 a month. Free movies have advertising, but it is only 90 seconds every 10 minutes or so. There is a great selection of movies. I have only explored a fraction of what's available. I highly recommend Roku.

The quality of streaming on the Roku is far superior to what I was getting w/ previous devices. We have had very few streaming related problems. It's fast, fairly easy to use, and stable.
OTOH, the content from PAID services (Hulu, AmazonPrime, and NetFliks) leaves MUCH to be desired. We were hoping to be able to ditch cable (actually u.verse tv) and save money, but prime time tv content is very sparse. We don't mind a one season delay, but most of the shows we like to watch (SyFy, BBCA, and others).

Have had my Roku 3 for a few months now, no problems with it at all. I like that you can have lots of channels.
