I was given this as a gift and I LOVE IT!!!!! Very simplistic to set up and use. I just wish there were more current options from all of the "Big" Networks. Other than that, it is the best! Thank you!

Our roku worked fine, but now it's stuck on home screen and we can't ship it back because we live in another country. It's stuck on home screen and we can't keep resetting the whole roku

When I first bought this, both of my very techy sons told me to get the Apple TV. I am not an apple fan due to the fact that it is not what I am use to. I bought the Roku 3. It was very easy to set up and easy to use. We changed our internet provider and I have not been able to re-connect my Roku since. Been about two months now. No one can help me either. I am so frustrated, I wish I had listened to my sons and got the apple TV. I guess I am going to have to bite the bullet and get one anyhow if I want to stream. I know Apple products are pretty much bullet proof, and they cost the same. Guess I learned my lesson here. I personally don't know what the problem is, but I researched and found "the secret page" and did what I needed to, but no luck.

Navigation is terrible

The navigation on the Roku 3, especially Netflix, but also Amazon, is terrible.
I just want to search for my movies. I don't want graphic previews.
Also, navigating television show episodes is painful. My family wants me to ditch the Roku 3 for the older Roku we have or get a different device altogether.

I purchased this product to watch netflix.
When you create your account they force you to use a credit card or paypal account or you cannot create and account. Nothing is listed about that on the box to tell you this when you purchase the product.

Purchased about 30 days ago and used less than 10 times ...unit stopped working with both hard wired connection and wifi...
