Love my Roku3!

Roku3 Rocks! So much faster than my RokuXS (which we now use on the kitchen TV). The XS was great but the faster processor on the 3 is awesome! Love, love, love the headphones via remote! It makes a huge difference for us since I often watch TV after my wife goes to bed. It has also helped me greatly since I have a hearing problem - no more turning the TV volume up to massive levels! I love that we are saving so much money versus cable - hopefully we don't get legislated out of this! We also have over-the-air antenna for local channels. Roku has been great for us and the channel choices keep us entertained. Wish we could access Fox News live!!

Roku vs Apple TV

I spent time looking at the Roku 3 and Apple TV. I am extremely happy that I decided on the Roku 3. The setup was easy and It has worked perfectly since day one. I am hoping that they add additional channels and the ability to control from an IPad or phone later, but I still highly recommend.

I love Roku...in fact I have 2 of them. I love having access to so many good channels. Beats cable!! I even convinced my children to buy one.

This is the best Roku

I have had mine for over a year and I Love it. It has so many very wonderful little helpers. When my granddaughter is watching a weekday of kid shows and one ends it automatically rolls over to the next show. It also offers suggestions for other movies for you to catch that is similar to the kind of movies you like.

Best streaming player out there

Roku 3 is clearly the best player available. Things I really like are that it is the only one that offers all 4 of the services I subscribe to, there is a free app to use your phone as a remote, it has a universal search to find out where a program or movie is being shown and it is very easy to use. It does freeze occasionally but I can't tell if it is because of my internet service or the Roku.

We have used a Wii, a playstation, and a wi-fi dvd player. The Roku is hands down the best streaming device. The others always stop mid-stream. I plan to purchase another one to replace the Wii in my daughters room.
