Love the Roku 3

I bought the Roku 3 a couple of months ago. I had the original Roku model which was great but it sometimes took awhile to "boot up". No such problem with the Roku 3. It is a wonderful product and I am glad I moved up to this model.

I have used Roku products for many years. They do exactly what they advertise, and I have never had any of the three units I own suffer from a single problem.

The future of entertainment

I've had a Roku for a long time.... I think this is my third one, but WOW. I love this thing. I have DSL and use it every night for entertainment. It has been flawless. Rarely is any show or movie interrupted for a "reload" and it's lightning fast. I mostly watch Netflix and Amazon but I like the many choices it gives me should I want to venture out. Great!

Poor Connection

I purchased this product over a year ago. At first it worked great, however over time the connection is dropped repeatedly during the show. The fix seems to be unplugging the device, waiting and trying again. Sometimes this helps, sometimes not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My 6th One!

I now own 6 Roku boxes. They work phenomenal. The Roku 3 is fast and picks up our WIFI beautifully. Can't say enough about the content and ease of use. Buy one, you will not be sorry

Much Improved

I brought this replacing a much older Roku. This Roku has a lot more features and the
format for channels is much more user friendly. You can search for movies and it will tell you what channels they are on and the cost to rent or buy. The remote is much improved and comes with headphones for listening. There are a lot more channels to select from including You Tube.

No need for a smart TV, when you have a Roku!

The Roku is an incredible product and extremely easy to use. The unlimited, diverse channels are amazing. I really love the addition of Youtube. The only downside is no HBO Go for Comcast subscribers but that isn't an issue with Roku. I think the device is ingenious and priced relatively well. I have not really had any technical issues and use the product almost daily. A definite recommended purchase.
