I have had this about 2 months. Its very easy to use and has many channels. The issue I have had so far I will have to unplug the roku and plug back up because the channels will say I am unauthorized to watch. Also I dont like the fact that it stays on all the time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Made our TV upgrade possible!

We finally got rid of the archaic 80 lb. TV, got a new 39" for the living room, and moved the old non-smart 32" flat screen into the bedroom. We bought the ROKU 3 to watch Netflix streaming and PBS shows only, using an Apple Airport to connect to the internet. Had no connectivity problems, even when we recently moved the location of the Airport further from the ROKU box. It may be a little slower to load upfront in the new configuration, but we've had no issues once the video starts streaming.

This unit keeps going back and loading, my Roku 2 don't. I have to unplug it and re-plug it each time I want to watch movies. The ear plugs keeps cutting in and out and I have try other ear plugs they all do the same. I would buy a replacement but I don't know if the new one are any better. PS I really like the ear plug feature, I just wish it worked.

Had my Roku3 for a month and I love having the ability to have channels that I enjoy. To watch episodes of shows I missed. Angry birds is a plus.

Good but not having content available for outside US is critical. Not being able to change de wi-fi channel for Roku itself or the remote control is also critical (Wi-fi interference).

Love the idea of ROKU but would like to be able to delete channels I dont like or that are paid if I dont want them. Wonderful place to get movies and is really worth the value. Try it you will like it.

I have always loved the Roku. I had the original roku in the past, but always hated the fact that I was required to do everything over Wifi. Being able to plug the Roku3 directly into my network has significantly decrease the time it takes to load menus, switch between channels, and buffer videos (streaming from the LAN or the internet.) While I haven't really had much opportunity to test the built in audio ports/game controls, I would say this is a MAJOR step forward from the original. Also, if you don't have a Roku, let me say this. Many people are trying to cut the cable and go to streaming services. Many set top devices (blu-ray, game consoles, etc) try to give users access to some of these services, but Roku is constantly adding, adapting, and evolving to keep up with ALL of them. I would say that about 90% of the streaming media websites are available on your TV via Roku.
