I absolutely love my roku 3 I could not ask for a better streaming player for the price. Hands down the best streaming player for the money.

It needs to include a web browser.

Everything works like it suppose to. I do feel that the price is way too high and also there is a need for a web browser and a much better remote...like the Wii remote or LG magic remote, those remotes are simply the best.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install and use. Inexpensive. With Netflix and Hulu Plus we get all the TV we could ever want. Easy setup, easy access, huge selection of channels to access, many are totally free. Hooked through my stereo with optic cable to the TV or using the headphones gives us awesome audio. Best purchase we've made in years!

Best streaming box out there.

I have had this for over a year and overall have been very impressed by it. It's a big upgrade over the older models(much faster UI). The number of channels feels endless. The only minor complaint is once every couple of months or so I have to unplug the box and reboot it as the system has gone flaky and even froze up once. Still a great value for the price.

Good device

I bought the roku 3 a few months ago and like. I never had an issue with it but I've have to unplug it a couple because it froze. I don't use it everyday and wish there was a on/off button. If there is one, did I miss it?
Also, I tried using my external hard drive on the usb port on it but it did not work. Anyone know why or did I over looked something.

no more cable bill

the player has been great. youtube is invaluable, netflix, plex streaming, twitch, fox, slacker, amazon, roku news. the search that covers every service is a brilliant idea. i wish there was more cable channel apps. history channel and fox are good, comedy central (daily show & Colbert) and discovery (mythbusters) would be better.
