Yes I love it I can watch old episodes of bbc programs on Acorn, I purchase an get classic movies,. I sure wish I can see some old Robin the hooded man on Acorn not on that yet hope they get it?

You should stream the news, all the news, complete with local and international news and add NYC to your news group. Do not like going oneby one and jumping all around. They should be streamed in its entirety. Thanks

Best Little Streaming Box Around

So, there's some competition out there for the streaming crown. There are a few different items that fight for your attention, but I'm here to tell you that the Roku 3 is the king of the hill. Why? Well, here's a few reasons:
1. Content. Are you looking for the most content for your buck? The Roku 3 is unbeatable. From movies to TV shows to news programs to Amazon to Sports and even GAMES, the Roku 3 really can do it all.
2. Speed. The Roku 3 is blazing fast. Seriously. It loads very quickly, jumps between screens with nary a hesitation and simply provides a wonderful overall experience.
3. Ease of Use. The one worry my spouse has always had with these boxes is the ability to find content. The overall system search from Roku makes this fantastically simple and straightforward. Feel like a Steve Carell night? Just enter his name and find his acting history at your fingertips. It includes results from so many sources that you're bound to find something that you want to watch and that fits your budget (even if you're budget is free!). It's so simple to use that my 3 year old son has managed to sneak into the room and find the programs he wants to watch as well.
4. Roku Experience. I've had a couple interactions with folks from Roku and they've always been knowledgeable and friendly. Quick shipping, smart people, great product and great prices.

Overall, this is the third Roku that I've owned and I think it's the best on the market. I've used the competition and I still think that the Roku shines. I've personally convinced many family members to pick one up as it simply offers the best selection and best overall experience at this price point. Heck, it's probably the best at pretty much any price point. Buy and enjoy.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am so happy that I did. I am not new to ROKU, I have all three generations. My favorite feature of the ROKU 3 is the headphone plug in. SWEET!!!!

What a waste of money

The idea is great but the dongle version I bought is nightmare to get working.
Constantly looses connection and keeps going back to home screen. Wish I had bought Chromecast.
