This is our second Roku, and the kids argued over who got the old one. Simple setup and tiny footprint along with the RF remote(line of sight not required) makes this my favorite piece of tech gear.

flawless closed-captioning on Netflix & Amazon

I purchased this for the closed-captioning, which it does with flawless perfection. But it does so much more that I never imagined.

Owned a Apple TV 2 and Western digital live and the Roku 3 smokes them all. 5-10 times faster. Supports Plex Desk so I can stream from my PC. Many good channels as well!

A friend recommended the Roku 3 to me and I am so grateful for his advice. My Sony BluRay Player required updates on a regular basis and the streaming quality was weak. I did not realize what I was missing until I got the Roku 3. So easy to hook up I did it myself. Especially love the earphone feature. The detailed clear audio + the best streaming picture! I love my Roku 3.

Makes viewing movies and shows easy

I bought my Roku several months ago - I gave up Cable TV - tired of the high cost to watch nothing I decided to buy the Roku so I could stream Netflix on my TV....I love it! It was easy to set up and it works on the TV in my bedroom which is 1 room away from my wireless router

Really like the Roku 3 device

I had a basic Roku device before then I decided it was time to upgrade to the Roku 3. The 3 works so much better and faster, I really am glad I upgraded, it's worth the money.
