Great choices

I bought my Roku 2 months ago. It's easy to set-up. There are many more choices than I expected. You do have to pay or register for many of the channels, but I find that Hulu+ and Netflix is sufficient for my needs. Combine this with an antenna and you'll have your main channels to enjoy as well. I'm happy with my Roku 3 and would recommend it to my friends.

Just ok...

I have used this for a few months now, and each time I unplug it I have to reset everything. Not to thrilled about that and I just do not feel right about leaving it plugged in all the time.

Great Streaming, Small Package

I really like the ethernet connection better than the WiFi connection of my other Roku player… it is super fast and takes advantage of gigabyte ethernet with little or no interference from WiFi devices. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because there is no OFF switch (you have to unplug it if you want to reset it or to save power) and the remote uses up batteries way too fast.

Easy to use

We have wanted to make the switch to streaming for a while. We waited because we thought that it couldn't be as easy and inexpensive as we were reading. You know...we must be missing some hidden fees or issues. Well we took the plunge and are wondering why we waited so long! Take the plunge...you will wonder what took you so long! By the way the quality is outstanding as is the quantity of shows!

Great netflix integration, and tons of channels, more than I could ever watch. As more providers start to stream media, this becomes a better value every day. Sure you can watch streams on your tablet or smartphone, but nothing beats the big screen, this device makes things so simple my mom can use it ;)

I started using Roku devices with their first version not knowing anything about them, really. I quickly began to like it. I purchased their next two versions and have been quite happy with all of them. It has a nice easy to use interface, and device performance has improved with each release.

We've had the Roku 3 several months. Before the Roku 3, we had the original Roku (still have it). We like it. We do have a couple of minor complaints. One is that after a night of not using it, it frequently goes back to the Home Screen. Our original Roku didn't do this. We usually use the Amazon app and not infrequently get kicked out to the Home Screen. Our original Roku didn't do this.
