It is everything you need and more.

this is my second Roku. The first worked fine the whole time I used it. The newest one is everything and more than it says it is. I am not really into hi tech but can fumble around well enough to get it to do all I want it too. Works great and all you need is an internet connection. Say good by to cable and their ever increasing prices. The new Roku gives me all I want to see including some of the newest shows. Even if you get the subscription (pay for) channels you still save a bundle compared to cable. Holds true for the Movies too if you want to see the newest for a fraction of the cost of going to one. It works and has enough content to astound you. A great addition for the prce they ask.

I bought my Roku 3 several months ago. Last week, I convinced 3 friends to buy a Roku, and they are just delighted with all the channels, especially movies and TV shows. Now they can watch Netflix on TV and life is GOOD!

I origninally bought an amazon fire and was dissatisfied because of the limited channels saw that Roku offered more of what I wanted and bought it. Wow, I really wasted my money on the fire. The Roku is the best.

Ease of installation and use.

I bought three ROKU players last year after investigating my options. I gave one to my daughter and her husband. They continue to rave about it and thank me every time I visit. My daughter is technically challenged and was a little concerned about how she might operate the ROKU. After a short while she was completely comfortable enjoying many of her favorite shows.
The product is easy to set up and easy to use. I recommend ROKU to all my friends.

We've had the Roku 3 for about a month, and are happy with the product. Hookup and commissioning is simple and fast. Use is simple and straight foward. Haven't used a memory module with it yet, but is a good feature. Only using about a quarter of the available channels, but seems like there's something there for everyone.

I bought a Roku 2 (where in the world did they get that name???) and within a couple of months, bought a 3 for my living room and moved the 2 to my bedroom TV! I already had Netflix, but didn't use it much. Once it was on my big screen TV, I ended up becoming an addict! I discovered several TV shows that I watched from beginning to end (Doc Martin and Psyche, for instance) and hardly turned on my cable! There are also hundreds of stations that you can sign up for...many free. I can look at mine and other's Facebook pictures on my TV (free) My next purchase will be to get one of the new stick Roku's so I can use my Rolu when traveling. I bought one for my son, too. Do yourself a favor...if you don't mind getting addicted!

We love this item so much we have 4 now. Roku let's us watch different shows on each television at the same time. So glad we have Roku.
