Our Roku 3 works like a charm. Installation was a breeze and the streaming quality is unmatched. We have had it for about a month and have not even be able to go through all the channel choices yet.

Stopped Working

Installed unit on 7/9/2014. Unit died on 8/14/2014. RIP Little Fella ;( - Waiting for return email from ROKU Support.

Not overly impressed with the Roku 3. Everything you want to watch you have to pay for. Could be very costly over a weeks time. Advertises watching free tv & movies, NOT true, you pay for everything you watch. Not like Hulu Plus or Netflix.

Easy to use, we like it more than the Smart TV

Love the rev3 version. Its easy to install apps and easy to setup. We take ours travelling and hook it up in hotel rooms so we can watch good movies rather than dull tv and commercials. Just wish Roku would fix the wifi setup to allow an approval/accept terms page so we could connect too other networks. To get around this issue I have to either use my own router in the hotel or broadcast a private wifi signal throufh my laptop. But I rarely watch tv anymore. We have four rokus and love them more than the smart tv apps.

An Exceptional Entertainment Platform

We have owned our Roku 3 for several months now. It's software interface has been seamless, error-less and dependable! I am so happy that I chose this product, it's fully replacing our cable system (at less cost) and is the future of our entertainment.

Love it, but there is one thing...

I love the ROKU 3 because we don't have to point the remote exactly at the box. The One Thing I don't like is the new remote arrangement. I would like to go back to the OK button being in the middle of the directional control. It is such a pain to find the okay button. Also it would be nice to have a non slip texture on the remote; it is so slippery.
