It does everything it says it will do....

In my attempt to "cut the cord", I purchased the ROKU 3 about 4 months ago and could not be more pleased with it. The biggest compliment I can give is that it does everything it claims to do and more. In fact, if I was forced to find a complaint, the only possibility would be there are so many channels, offering so many television shows and movie choices that it makes it hard to choose which one to watch. Just think of the ROKU as the "Ultimate Global Past and Present On-Demand" feature available. It is awesome....and very reasonably priced. Well-worth the purchase price and I'm a penny-pincher on Social Security !!! Also, to other senior citizens like myself, this is very easy to set up, even for someone that does not know anything about electronics and similar cable-type set-up procedures.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The only things I would suggest is to add other Cable channels such as TNT that have mobile apps in the Goggle Play store that allow streaming.

Greatest Roku ever!

I now own 3 Roku's including the excellent Roku 3. It is fast and with a lot of apps and great content. My 7 year old daughter prefers to use the new Roku 3 in the living room instead of the older Roku she has in her room. I think I'll very soon have to replace the older units with more Roku 3s. Great little device!

I love the Roku3. I am way behind in the tech savvy department and I found this so easy to install and use. I love the access it gives me to shows on my own schedule.

Not What I Expected

Sorry to tell you, but I returned my ROKU the very next day. I am a very tech savvy person and I was excited to see what all the ROKU could do but was met with some very disappointing news. The Roku doesnt do much, its a media streamer, with games that you must buy. The only free ones are very dumb (in my opinion). I just felt that there was so much more it could do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
