Works great most of the time. Locks up on once in awhile. Slows down and needs rebooting.

A Bargain

I watch more on roku than on regular TV. The only problem I've had is while watching the Glenn Beck Network. It does not stream as fast as other programs, and the delays can be annoying. Other than that, this is a great device.

Love my Roku, after visiting my daughter and playing with hers, I knew I had to have one. I refuse to pay for cable.The Roku does everything I need plus more. Super simple to install and start streaming.

I received the Roku 3 as a gift and love it. plenty of options to pick from. I still have not got a chance to use all the features as my kids are always on it.

Worked 2weeks changed cable provider trouble started called support worked 1 days then more problems would not work gave up

Roku made cutting the cord easy. Setup was a breeze as was finding plenty of shows to watch. I haven't missed a thing since I stopped throwing my money away on cable.

Performance issues

Roku offers plenty of channels and is easy to use. It works well -- most of the time. Too often, the sound is slowed down. For example, Lucy ends up sounding like Ricky, with his lower voice, and Ethel sounds like Fred. The solution, we've found, is to unplug the box and plug it in again, but this is getting old. Also, streaming is too often interrupted by that dreaded "loading" message, even when our internet connection is strong (13 to 15 mbps) and despite the fact that our Roku is wired to the net.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
