Beat fire tv

I bought the roku 3 about a month ago after a bad experience with fire tv. The fire tv could not maintain a wifi connection. The roku 3 was an easy setup. It recognized my wifi network and connected without problem. The system update took awhile but once done it was up and running strong with no problems. The picture is great. I was replacing an early model roku that had passed its prime. The earphone pluged into the remote was a feature that i did not think i would use but find it comes in handy. The little green light is there to tell you the remote has awakened.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really like my Roku 3. In many ways it has a better interface than my Apple TV 3. Especially when it comes to the Netflix viewing of titles.

Awesome Device for Plex

The Roku 3 works great with Plex and Amazon Instant Video. There's no better device with Plex support. Plex also works much better on a Roku than an Amazon Fire, which I returned.

I don't know how I ever got alnong without my Roku 3!! I use it everyday and couldn't imagine not having it. It's so easy and fun to use and I love all the content choices!

I love My Roku

I bought my Roku last year. I bought the Roku 3 because why not buy the newest one out. It has been amazing. We do not have cable so it is an awesome way to see all the shows I like and to see some I never knew were out there. We use Netflix and other apps like BYUtv and some of the movie apps. It is my relaxation time and I wouldn't want to be without my Roku. It was an small investment for the ubelieveable amount of entertainment we receive. I love it.

The best media player of all

I have a Roku, AppleTV, FireTV, Chromecast, and a Tivo all connected to the same TV. The device that gets used the most by far is the Roku, primarily because of the content that is available. There is very little on-demand or live broadcast content on the other devices that I can't also get on the Roku. The interface has always been easy to use and the RF remote is a nice improvement. The only feature I would like to see added is the ability to control the TV volume and power from the Roku remote.

Best Roku Yet!

I've had the R3 for about a year now and it's been reliable, simple, fast and takes care of all my streaming needs including 1080p Movies. It has a beautiful simple bug free interface that's easy to use and quick to boot up. I have a Cisco AC wireless router with a wireless AC Hub that provides the R3 with a CAT5 connection and it runs flawlessly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
