I've had my Roku 11/2 years and it still works perfectly for streaming to tv flat screen movies, news, and anything else with many choices and opportunities to view optional movie channels like Hulu, M-Go., you name it. Why go out to RedBox,or rental stores when Roku gives you that option right @ home? Roku works right everytime! I'm glad I purchased it. The price is now even lower.

We have a Roku account plus Netflix, etc. I love the fact that we can watch music videos and movies straight from the web. But what I love the most is plugging one of my flash drives directly into the side of the Roku and pulling up a movie from our own collection...AND being able to plug our headset into the remote so that I can watch the movie without disturbing my wife, who may be reading a book or doing something else. I LOVE that option!

consolidate choices

I didn't use often at first but when I got close to my contract cancellation time with Directv I increased my internet speed, now I use quite often you need to chose pay channels carefully I picked 2 and now have more then enough to watch for a fraction of the cost

I bought Roku to access my Netflix account but have found so many other programs it features. I can listen to Pandora, which I love watch news shows, sports, more movies. Some are free some have a subscription but I stick to the free stuff. It was the best investment I made. I love my Roku and recommend it.

Every TV in our house has one. I will make sure my next TV has it built into it. Best service, like this, out there. I use the Roku everyday. I don't subscribe to any cable or satellite company. I only use the Roku.

We've had this for almost a year and only encountered a few bugs. We've notice that sometimes it freezes and won't let us pick, so we would have to unplug it for a few seconds. The remote sometimes loses its connection, but not a big deal. All and all we have been pretty happy cutting the cord and buying our Roku.
