I love everything but the remote!

I had the original Roku forever and finally decided to upgrade to the Roku 3. I was seduced by the speed, the motion-controlled remote and the ability to watch YouTube without having using my phone or iPad, so I thought long and hard about the Roku 3 versus the stick. I read previous reviews talking about the wireless issues with the Roku 3 remote and just thought...eh, I'll just unplug it when I'm not using it. And that's what I do. A tad annoying, but it's been worth the upgrade!

Simple in the Extreme

We installed our Roku in September 2013 in a vacation home that we also rent out for summer rentals on an island in Washington State's San Juan Islands. Not only have we found it simple and intuitive to use, each of our renters have been using the Roku and have had no complaints, much any calls saying they can't figure out how to use it.
It also gets a fair amount of use as, other than a Blu-Ray player, the Roku is the only way to get content on our television there (we don't provide any broadcast TV).

I love my Roku. It works great. I mostly watch Netflix through it, but I love it. There are a lot of other channels available. I don't even really watch regular TV anymore.

I have had this Roku 3 for quite some time now and find it so easy to navigate. It is fast and crystal clear as well. I watch very very little network television and this is my "goto" device for entertainment. I would highly recommend this product to anyone tired of the same old things on television. It opens up an entire world of entertainment.

Best streaming device available!

After having a Roku 2 XD for a few years I decided to upgrade to the Roku 3. This box is much faster and the interface is more user-friendly than the Roku 2. The number of available channels is staggering and many of them are free. I use this box mostly for Netflix and I have had no buffering or video quality issues at all. I regularly get 5800 kbs speed from Netflix which is, as far as I know, their fastest speed. This box does everything it should and does it well.

I was give 2 Roku3 players as a gift. I previously had roku hd. I love this device and love the headphones on the remote.
