Fast product and great interface

Love the interface and the picture quality on it is amazing. The headphones that come with it are very comfortable which is nice especially when listening via the remote while my girlfriend is sleeping.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pairing with remote is problematic

The product is every bit what is advertised, except the remote. I had the remote lose is pairing almost every time I use it. Sometimes I can get it to pair again quickly, others I have to go through a full reboot. Wish they had developed a more robust remote pairing than what it has

Broke in less than a year

Awfull!! Stopes working after less than year of use. I also got the NHL package (Game Center) witch was very fickly on the roku I would often end up having to watch games on my iphone instead of my tv. I wish there was another product like this other than a ps3( don't like video games and don't want to spend that much).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'd heard so many good things about the Roku3 that I knew it was the way to go. It worked great at first. I loved it. But within a month after I purchased it, things began to go wrong. It now takes me fifteen minutes or longer to get it to work. It's almost like it needs to 'warm up'. It's very frustrating. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Roku HDMI stick is a great device!

There were issues pairing my remote with the device and an issue with the channel my internet router was transmitting on. After working with support to fix those issues, my stick works great and the streaming HD video quality is truly spectacular!

We started out with a Roku 2 and recently upgraded to the Roku 3. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! We get everything we want and more - our choice. What could be better?!

I biught this about a month ago and I had to call customer support because Netflix wasn't working.I had to delete it and re install it. OK then.
