Fantastic ease of use...even for parents!

My 80 year old parents kept bugging me about streaming-so I bought two Roku3 devices (one so I could use and explain...even though I have Apple TV already). Happy to report that the parents have easily mastered the Roku-including the closed captioning capability. I went Roku for simplicity and because it offers Amazon Prime. Great device!

Small and Powerful

I've had various Roku's for about two years. The Roku 3 performs well in the wireless mode that we utilize. Streaming is quick and any menu delays i've seen seem to be on the provider side of the particular app (Netflix, etc). The player is great. Many of the apps are too, but far too many are public domain films and TV programs with commercial breaks built in. All in all you're best values are, believe it or not, pay services like Amazon, Netflix and MGO. One gripe: the boxes search function only searches a few apps otherwise you'll need to use that apps search function if any.

LOVE MY ROKU!!

I have 3 HDMI TV's. I love my Roku and HULU. Why was I paying $90 a month for TV? I watch what I want, when I want. Picture is clear and TV is much more enjoyable. I bought a Roku 2 for my second TV and I am getting ready to by my third ROKU for my last TV. Love this product

Best Streaming device yet!

Netflix is the reason I got it (my old box was slow). But very happy with the wide variety of options! The Roku 3 has the Angry Birds game, nice little diversion. But I love the fact that I can set the screensaver to a weather app! The Roku delivers, it is very speedy and plays nicely with the Kinvio video switch I have to get all the HDMI devices hooked into my aging flatscreen. This is a great little device!
