I've bought three Roku 3's, two for me and one for my daughter. With the recent addition of the Youtube channel, I can't think of any internet based video site that Roku is missing. The interface is fast, and I love the headphone into the remote feature so as not to disturb other people in the house late at night.
One of my purchases was a refurbished Roku 3. It develop a problem, but Roku took care of it and sent me a brand new unit as a replacement. I can't say enough about the product and the customer service. Fantastic!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought my first one 2 years ago and a 2nd one 1 year ago. I love the simplicity of the roku and the variety of programming that is available. I really love my roku's.

...the HDCP unauthorized content screen appears each time a Netflix user is changed and the HDMI cable must be unplugged and replugged for the screen to reset. Roku tech support was virtually of no help and insisted it was not a problem. When it's working I love it. More likely 2.5 stars...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
