good for netflix...

I enjoy this for services like netflix - but when trying to use the TimeWarner on demand services, it interrupts too many times for loading to make it worthwhile to use the on demand portal.

Convenience

We bought our first one so we could utilize the wireless feature - and avoid abother cable box. Since then we have learned to love the many things about the Roku 3 including use of a set of headphones. We liked it so much that we soon bought another to put in an area - and use the wireless connectivity again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well with amazon prime but it runs hot to the touch compared to Apple TV. Have to plug in the unit when I us it and unplug when I am done afraid of it catching fire.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use!

We bought a Roku because we were sick of using our Wii remote to get amazon prime or netflix shows. I love how easy it is to find the shows you want.
We had some trouble with the voices sounding very high and chipmunked, but it was resolved when we turned the box off and on, and it hasn't returned since.

Sorry, loosing interest

Sorry, but I sometimes loose interest in using my Roku. It seems to lock up quite often and is difficult to restart even with repeated unplugging. :(
