THIS is how to watch TV!

I couldn't justify paying an astronomical cable bill for the amount of TV I watch. I cut the cord. I got a Roku 3. I have since told everyone who will listen. DO IT! Roku was SO EASY to set up, and they seem to be customer friendly (I've received emails, but haven't needed any assistance). Get one! And tell all your friends! All you need is an internet connection. ENJOY!

We love the Roku 3. We have it on our downstairs smart TV. We weren't getting great connections with the TVs wireless and were cancelling Satellite. The apps, features, user interface are all awesome - I wish we would have dropped paying for TV a lot sooner.

It is everything I was looking for

We have really enjoyed the Roku in our house. Tons of choices for entertainment and pretty easy to control. I was sick of all the garbage that came with my cable service. 500 channels and I watched 10. I like that the content that comes into my home is easier to control and customize for young children.

The Roku 3 is such a vast improvement over my first Roku that I can barely articulate it. The speed, layout, operation, look and feel are totally superior. Do yourself a favor and get this model - I guarantee you will be extremely happy with it.

I brought the Roku 3 because we were having streaming issues using our blue-ray dvd player. After reviewing the reviews from others on the Roku product, we decided to give it a try. SInce using this product we have not had one instance of having to restart the the movie or TV show.

Great investment

I love it. I like the feel of the remote, the buttons, the length and width (some remotes feel real awkward and gaudy in my hands so I rarely would turn the TV on). I barely watched TV before because there was never anything on or everything was always rudely interrupted by commercials. Now the TV is on at least once a day. If im not watching I know my kiddo is and that he's not going to see anything horrific in kid mode.

Convient and easy

I used my father's Roku 2 while I was visiting and I liked the ability to watch my tv shows and movies I missed on my television. Before I was hooking up my laptop to m my TV each time I wanted to watch something on Netflix or Hulu. It became very irritating to keep hooking it or waiting for the laptop was not being used. My dad bought me the Roku 3, and it was even better than the 2. The controller is nicer, it responds faster, and the layout is better. Unfortunately, we purchased our cable with our internet to get a better deal but we don't really use it anymore. Their are still some movies and television shows that don't make it to Netflix or Hulu Plus, hopefully that improves in the future.
