Huge Mistake

After a month using Roku 3, I decided to change to the factory reset and the device stopped working! Fortunately, I had my Roku 2 to alleviate my anxiety, but a hundred dollars wasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was a Dish customer for over 14 years had good service but could not keep paying their rates so for the amount of one month of dish we purchased a Roku and inside antenna we have the shows and local channel we need and more BEST MOVE WE MADE

Content wide is better than the Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV. The remote is one of the best, with the headphone jack. Not sure if better CPU or voice integration will do any good. What is important is the content. If I would improve the Roku, I would add some kind of alpha keypad to the remote and maybe work on the GUI.

I LOVE my new ROKU 3!!

I love my ROKU 3. I had purchased a Boxee the main TV for twice the price and decided I would like another, less expensive streamer for the bedroom so I ordered the Roku 3. Once I received and tried the ROKU 3, the Boxee was transferred to the bedroom and the ROKU 3 took center stage for the main TV in the den. I highly recommend this to all my friends. The ROKU 3 has allowed me to cut all ties with my cable and satellite providers.

Easy and fun!

I bought the unit about six months ago and it's one of our "go to" faves. Set-up was a snap and I use my phone for a remote. Easy to navigate and find content. Glad we made the modest investment.

Putting the Post Office out of business

Purchased my Roku 3 about a month ago, because my older flat screen was not internet ready. It was extremely easy to setup and works well. Now I have access to Netflix on-line, and numerous other entertainment services. So,no more waiting for the red envelopes, and no more trips to the mailbox.
As a tech guy, I have to compliment the user interface, headphone feature, and reliability - good job Roku!
I would recommend this to a friend!
