Ideal solution

We were not interested in most of the programming from our expensive cable tv service. Roku enabled us to eliminate cable tv and stream the programs from Netflix and Amazon we want to watch, including PBS for free.

Great for Netflix & music

Got Roku primarily to watch Netflix. Easy set-up and on-screen menu very user friendly. Also enjoy plugging in earphones into remote for clear sound. Also enjoying Pandora that runs through my soundbar.

Easy to Set up and Easy to Use

I bought this to replace my existing Streamer. The one I had just became outdated and had very few Options for Channels. The Roku 3 had the Channels I wanted at a lower price so I went with it instead of the Kindle Fire.

Has a lot of public domain movie content

I see it as not being any better than public television as far as the unpaid channels. The pay per view are okay as far as netflix goes but none of the other channels compare to it.YOU TUBE is good. Some of the content is free on the internet but here on ROKU it will cost money. Aso it is a pain to have to run back to the computer with codes for new channels...WHAT A PAIN!

I have a smart tv which has been great, but adding the Ruko 3 it's fantastic. It's by far the best. The remote is simple and very fast. Also hundreds of availale channels.

Fast and smooth. My two complaints are, wish there was more content on Japan, Korea and China and that I didn't buy one sooner.
