I bought three Roku-3 units. The setup was relatively easy, and it's been working without a problem for 4 months now. I am using the subscribed services for Russian TV along with Netflix and many others. I love it! I have a freedom of choosing what to watch when I am up to it. The only request that I have is to make the Cyrillic fonts in Roku that will make the text in Russian appear in Russian letters.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best streaming player I have used

I was using my Sony BluRay player as my streaming device and thought all was good with the world. I was mistaken. I decided to give the Roku 3 dedicated streaming device a try and boy I am much happier. It is far faster, more intuitive, has a far better user interface, and just works more reliably in general.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Early adapter

I bought one of the very first Rokus. It was a great idea in home entertainment but more than a little slow. When the second Roku came along I bought it but could never got it to work. I had to return it and continued to use my original Roku. I now have the Roku 3 and it is wonderful. Hooking it up and connecting it could not have been easier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this Roku 3 about two months ago, and I like it. The only thing I don't like is "no power on/off switch", so it will cost more battery power.

Wireless And simple

I really like this product as before I would have to always log onto laptop and connect an HDMI cable to the TV. None of that anymore and I simply just turn on my TV...love the private listening ability to insert headphone jack and I can watch at night without bothering rest of family.

I love my Roku 3 and it works great with one exception. The speed and interface are fantastic but it loses sound often. I know friends who own one and it does on theirs also. You have to push this complicated sequence of buttons to re-boot it. If the sound is an issue, at least make a button to re-boot easily. A re-boot always fixes the issue and that is my only complaint.

Drops your show's constantly

I am very disappointed with the way shows stop and have to reboot many times while you watch. Also HD content does not always appear to be HD quality. You can blame it on TWC or Verizon if you want, but it reflects on Roku.
