An Option Other Than Plex Please !

I really enjoy ROKU 3 ,the only feature to make
this a great media device,would be an APP something like ES Explorer to get my media from my home Network without using PLEX ,I personally don't care for PLEX and shouldn't have to pay for it, to be able to access media on my NETWORK. This would make the ROKU 3 a complete media experience. Thank you and look forward to future updates.

We have had Roku 2 and then 3 for 2 yrs now. We got when we bought a HDTV. Netflix is a must though. YouTube and Vevo are awesome attributes to the channels they offer free.

I really love my Roku but the remote eats batteries like mad. Nonetheless I have bought my 2nd version 3 since it is so easy to use.

I like the Roku 3 only issue I have is the player does not play movies from the beginning in Netflix only resume from the last time we watched the movies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've owned plenty of "set top boxes", from Western Digital and Logitech's Google TV boxes, DLNA setups using gaming consoles, and earlier models of Roku boxes but THIS one is the gold standard for ease of use and entertainment available!
