I received Apple TV as a gift and purchased a Roku for a second tv a few months later. As a matter of fact, I just purchased our 2nd Roku for our bedroom tv. I love Roku! It is so straight forward. The remote fits comfortably in our hands and the buttons are easy to understand...they make sense. One of the features I really like with Roku is after watching a show in a series on Netflix, the next show in the series automatically starts after a few seconds. That is a wonderful feature so my toddler can watch My Little Pony uninterrupted....and I get uninterrupted frrom having to put on another episode! :-)

Great product I have had my Roku for several months and I am very satisfied with it. No Problems at all. I don't know if they have a USB but, if so that will be my next purchase.

I have owned Roku units since right after the Roku 1 went on sale. Over the years, I've bought ... and sold other competitive streaming units ... but I've kept (upgraded) my Roku. Best features, best price, best value! Also works great with PlayOn/PlayLater.

I bought the roku without too many expectations. We use it everyday, all day and it has been good. It has a tendency to freeze and reset very often for no reason at all, which is why it's only 3 stars. Also, too many subscriptions to be made just to view a channel. There's always a catch. Nothing is free in life so we will take whatever can get, as long as the darn thing would stop freezing or lagging!

Would like more parent controls

The performance and global search are excellent on the Roku3. That being said - I would like to see additional parental controls - like having profiles for the main interface, not just when signed into apps. Kids shouldn't be able to have unrestricted global search (lots of inappropriate things can come up!). Also, it would be good to hide/obscure/maybe even disable certain types of paid content... I don't wish to see shows that are NOT eligible for Amazon Prime, for example.
