The best of all the streaming devices

I own many Rokus. I have one with every TV I have. No need to pay those big prices for the cable boxes. I take a Roku every time I travel. It is great to use in a hotel room and I also use it on my boat. No other streaming device is better than a Roku. I've tried them all.

Lots of features and fairly robust

Pros: It plays without skipping and rarely needs to be reset. I use it every day!
Cons: two remotes have failed on me. The antennas inside the remote are poorly soldered in my opinion. When they break off inside and rattle around, that's a poor product.

We had been accessing Netflix via a Blueray DVD player, but we also wanted to get HBO GO. We also were having a few problems with Neflix locking up on the Blueray, so the Roku 3 seemed like it was worth trying. Well, it works just great! We followed the instructions and installation went smoothly. The little box is amazing! No more Netflix freeze-ups plus Amazon, HBO GO, Hulu and more!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Roku 3 has been the best investment. I have not had the problems others sometimes say they have. I love the access to lots of religious programs, also netflix, hulu plus, pandora, etc..I strongly recommend it. I really like the earphones that plug into the controls. My batteries seem to last a long time.

Only Hardwire Option.

I wanted a hard-wire option to replace my older version which was loading slowly and had intermittent lost service. It's a shame that 2-3 year old hardware/software leads to having to buy another unit. We are filling our landfills with electronics that are outdated in only a few years, phones, computers, and now Roku's. Thankfully it's only a small piece of plastic. So far, it's been reliable and fast loading with a nicer new interface... Hopefully I won't have to dump it for another in a couple years.

We already had the xp and loved all the channels. We bought 6 roku 3's for our children as a Christmas family gift. They all raved about them. They claim one of the best gifts.
