I bought this a month ago because when watching netflix, the movie would shut down several times. The problem was the TV. This solved the problem and is perfect. You cannot go wrong with the Roku 3.

Great and simple unification of access to so many content channels. All kinds of stuff I never knew existed - and refreshing way to access and discover the content.
Love the news in particular since you can browse by category and skip all the depressing stuff.
Interface is good - and very simple - but it feels like there is room for a fresh break-through there at some point
HGO GO does not work with Comcast - an issue specific to Comcast but does dampen things a little - one of the few reasons I ever view content from the Cable box - would prefer to have 100% of content via Roku.

I purchased my unit from the advice of my friend and I am so grateful for his recommendation. I no longer have to wait hours for a movie to download with Roku it takes less than a minute. Great choices to select from especially the German news.

I own two of these and they are so convenient, fast, and easy to use. My wife and to young children are able to find the shows they want to watch and there's no waiting around because it's always on. I love my Roku 3 and all the apps and games it has that are constantly updated and new ones added all the time. Thanks for helping me cut the cable TV cord. Roku us all I need!
