Best Device Ever

Roku 3 is better than the physical act of love! When I used my Roku 2 I thought life couldn't get better. I was wrong. If I was a woman, and Roku 3 was a man, I would have its babies.

Better for Netflix & Youtube than Samsung bluray

Originally blue the Samsung Bluray player for Netflix and Youtube to our TV screen. A big problem was and is our slow Suddenlink service, but the Roku makes the best of a slow situation and does great even when the Suddenlink cable service is up to its usual sluggish tricks.

Remote could be improved, box still 5 stars!

The Roku 3 is great. Only disappointment is the headphone jack on the remote. It seems impossible to make a good solid connection with any earphones including the set that came with the Roku. Any movement results in an earful of static and the signal dropping in and out or totally out. The box itself is a bit faster than my old Roku 2. I won't dock it a star but hope future versions have a better quality jack connection.

Don't buy a TV with built in web TV apps and expect to enjoy it for long. They're slow and NEVER get updated.

We use Roku primarily for Netflix and Youtube. We've had comparatively few problems and enjoy the service. A great value for the price.

Fast, reliable streaming

I bought one of the Roku 3 players over a year ago and quickly bought two more because they worked so well. We used the WIFI that was built in to our Blu-ray player to watch Netflix, but it was constantly buffering. Roku cured all that annoying interruption. It is so much faster to get to watching a show too. I love to use the headphones on the remote when I am doing something noisy like sewing or vacuuming. The remote gets 5 stars for ease of use too.

i HAVE 3 ROKU'S. THEY ALL WORK GREAT. HOWEVER, THE ROKU 3 IS MY FAVORITE. THE PICTURE QUALITY IS SHARP AND CRISP. DEFINITELY HD.
THE OTHET GREAT FEATURE IS THE ABILITY TO PLUG MY FAVORITE HEADPHONES INTO THE REMOTE SO I CAN WATCH IT LATE INTO THE NIGHT WITHOUT DISTURBING ANYONE..
