Bought this some months back and wonder why I didn't do it before then. It's so simple to operate. Who needs cable when this gives you everything you want?

I'm a big Apple user but replaced my Apple TV with the Roku 3. Immediately noticed the faster caching and error free operation. So far it has performed flawlessly over FIOS. Easy to setup and use - have my iPhone 5S app as the remote. Content not as good as iTunes but getting there.

very good video streaming devise. I bought this to watch dish world and youtube. When you watch dish world on Roku 3. It works like a DVR as well. you can watch previous program with out having a DVR by pressing B button.

Great way to unplug from cable!

Great addition to our home. Great selection of channels, easy installation, programs load fast and stream smooth. We've been unplugged for a while now and couldn't be happier with our Roku 3.

Great product! Why not 5 stars?

By far the best streaming media player today. I own AppleTVs, TiVo's, Oppo network player, Samsung SmartTV.
Lost one star due to:
1. Some apps such as HULU and MGo are not removable or able to hide from menus.
2. Roku should store info on cable provider, id and password so that device can be authorized without doing it for each channel separately, and sometimes only by finding a computer to authorize.
3. Roku should work with app providers to provide more app specific options. Should standardize options like continuous episode playback, versus asking for confirmation before playing.
4. Please help Starz create an app and channel.
